StarRev360 usa il collegamento con Google Business Profile solo per le funzioni necessarie al servizio, come mostrare recensioni e aiutarti a gestire le risposte in modo più ordinato.
Usiamo il collegamento solo per ciò che serve
Il collegamento Google serve a leggere e gestire le informazioni necessarie alle funzionalità di StarRev360. Non viene usato per vendere dati o per attività estranee al servizio.
L'utente mantiene il controllo
L'utente decide se collegare il profilo, quali impostazioni usare e quando approvare o modificare le risposte. Le recensioni delicate restano sotto controllo dell'utente.
Accesso revocabile
L'utente può revocare l'accesso concesso a StarRev360 attraverso le impostazioni del proprio account Google o tramite le opzioni rese disponibili nell'app quando presenti.
Dati e risposte automatiche
StarRev360 non vende i dati degli utenti. Le eventuali risposte automatiche sono volontarie, configurabili e pensate per scenari controllati. Le recensioni negative, critiche o sospette restano da gestire con attenzione.

Prima di attivare funzionalità collegate a Google, l'utente deve poter capire a cosa serve il collegamento e quali funzioni vengono abilitate. StarRev360 è progettato per aiutare, non per togliere controllo.

Usamos la conexión solo para lo necesario
La conexión con Google sirve para leer y gestionar la información necesaria para las funciones de StarRev360. No se usa para vender datos ni para actividades ajenas al servicio.
El usuario mantiene el control
El usuario decide si conecta el perfil, qué ajustes utiliza y cuándo aprueba o edita las respuestas. Las reseñas delicadas permanecen bajo el control del usuario.
Acceso revocable
El usuario puede revocar el acceso concedido a StarRev360 desde la configuración de su cuenta de Google o desde las opciones disponibles en la app cuando existan.
Datos y respuestas automáticas
StarRev360 no vende los datos de los usuarios. Las posibles respuestas automáticas son voluntarias, configurables y pensadas para escenarios controlados. Las reseñas negativas, críticas o sospechosas deben gestionarse con atención.
Transparencia ante todo
Antes de activar funciones conectadas con Google, el usuario debe poder entender para qué sirve la conexión y qué funciones se habilitan. StarRev360 está diseñado para ayudar, no para quitar control.
Secure Google connection
Connect Your Google Business Profile Securely
StarRev360 uses the Google Business Profile connection only for the functions needed by the service, such as displaying reviews and helping you manage replies in a more organized way.
Why Google authorization is required
The Google connection is used to read and manage the information needed for StarRev360 features, such as business locations and reviews linked to the authorized Google Business Profile. It is not used to sell data or for activities unrelated to the service.
Authentication happens on Google
When authorization is required, the user enters Google credentials only on Google's official authorization screens. StarRev360 does not receive or store the user's Google password.
Access is limited and revocable
Access is limited to the permissions requested and approved by the user. The user can revoke access from their Google account settings or through options made available in the app when present. After revocation, features that depend on the Google connection may stop working until access is granted again.
The user remains in control
The user decides whether to connect the profile, which settings to use and when to approve or edit replies. Sensitive reviews remain under the user's control, and StarRev360 does not perform actions outside the permissions granted.
Data and automatic replies
StarRev360 does not sell user data. Any automatic replies are voluntary, configurable and designed for controlled scenarios. Negative, critical or suspicious reviews should be managed carefully by the user.
Transparency first
Before activating Google-connected features, the user should understand why the connection is needed and which functions it enables. StarRev360 is designed to support the user's work, not to remove control.
